Notice of Intent to Amend - Conflict of
Interest Code
All
members of the public are invited to review and comment on the attached
proposed amendments (see below) to the District's Conflict-of-Interest
Code. California State law requires public entities to review their
Conflict-of-Interest Code every two years. The District's attached
proposed amendments to its Conflict-of-Interest Code are also being
reviewed pursuant to state law by the California Fair Political
Practices Commission.
Please direct any comments, questions, or concerns you may have with the
attached proposed amendments to the District's Conflict-of-Interest Code
to Associate General Counsel Joe Chavez.
