Two Alarm Apartment Fire Damages Three Units

Just after 11:30 pm Metro Fire responded to a report of an apartment fire at the Oak Terrace Apartments. When Firefighters arrived they had three single story units well involved. An additional alarm was sounded that brought 29 Firefighters to the scene. It took just under 25 minutes to control the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Sacramento Fire department assisted by sending a Battalion Chief and two crews to assist. One occupant received treatment from smoke inhalation. Three families will be displaced until repairs can be made. The Red Cross will assist in placing the displaced.
