Scope of the Initial Fire Station Replacement Program



The initial phase of the Fire Station Replacement Program (Program) includes the construction of eight new fire stations. After these new stations become fully operational, the District will dispose of seven replaced fire stations through a competitive bidding process. The proceeds from the sale of the surplus property will be utilized to further the objectives of the Fire Station Replacement Program. Subsequent phases of the Program will replace and/or remodel other fire stations within the District.

The seven fire stations that will be replaced by the new fire stations above and ultimately removed from service and disposed of through sale include:

Station 42 – 5608 North Haven Drive, North Highlands

Station 54 – 8900 Fredric Avenue, Sacramento

Station 64 – 9116 Vancouver Drive, Sacramento

Station 107 – 970 La Sierra Drive, Sacramento

Station 110 – 1616 Mission Avenue, Carmichael

Station 111 – 6749 Front Street, Rio Linda
